Massage

Hot towels and essential oils may be utilized in all massage types.  If you prefer for these not to be used, please let your massage therapist or a member of our staff know. 

All massages can be customized by pressure type during the session, but prices may be adjusted to accommodate. 

Therapeutic Massage

This massage type combines the relaxing, long strokes of a Swedish massage with a firmer touch on problem areas to relieve muscle tension and relax the body. Best of both worlds!

Deep Tissue Massage

Deep tissue massage utilizes deeper pressure focused on troublesome spots in your body. This type of massage is great for chronic pain and tension, and recovery from muscle injuries.

30 Minutes - $68    60 Minutes - $95    90 Minutes - $125    110 Minutes - $140

Prenatal Massage

*Only available after the 1st trimester.* This type of massage can help to reduce stress, decrease arm and leg swelling, and relieve muscle and joint pain associated with pregnancy. The massage therapist will use specially designed pillows to help you get into a comfortable position while face down.

Reflexology

Gentle pressure is applied to certain areas of the feet (or hands) to ease stress and tension and promote relaxation. Available as an add-on to a massage or on its own.
