Dry Needling
Dry needling is a technique where a needle is inserted into a trigger point and manipulated to encourage a muscle release/twitching response. Generally, needles are not retained during a dry needling session.
Dry needling is great for treating chronic muscle or joint pain and tightness, muscle strains or spasms, headaches, and jaw pain/TMJ.
